ADMINISTRATION FEES

We are receiving a continuous number of requests to change dates and order details. 
Our tickets are non refundable or exchangeable but we have tried to be as accommodating as possible.
However, due to this increasing demand, we now have to charge a small administration fee to allow for this flexibility.

If you don't wish to pay these fees, you can still sell your tickets yourself to our other members or to your friends/family.  


Administration Fee:

Change your date or swap show (Strictly only up to 6 weeks before the performance date) - £10
Excludes Mamma Mia The Party!

Change the name and details on your order (When you sell your tickets and you require us to send the tickets to your buyer) - £5

Email tickets when lost/forgotten - £5

Email new tickets when a member has sold their tickets - ownership change - £5


Date swaps can only be made up to 6 weeks before the performance date.
