Before you visit Book your free all-day ticket in advance. Access will be granted any time during the day with last entry at 4:30pm

When you arrive - Entrance is via the café doors next the lion memorial. The entrance is clearly signed. - Please put on your face covering before entering the building. - Go to the advance ticket holders desk and present your pre-booked entry confirmation (either printed or on a smartphone) or provide your order number.

You will be checked in by our staff before you start your visit. - Hand sanitising stations are available at the entrance and throughout the building.

The locker area and buggy park are not in use. Please do not bring bulky bags or luggage with you when you visit. There are no cloakroom facilities (you may wish to wear a light coat that you can carry!)
- Lifts should only be used by people with disabilities, or on a basis of one person/family group per lift where possible.
- Some galleries/areas may be temporarily closed where physical distancing cannot be implemented.
- Toilets are open. There is a regular inspection/cleaning programme in place. Some toilets may be closed at times throughout the day for cleaning.
- Stairs can be used in both directions. Please keep to the left.
- We encourage contactless payment in the café and shop.
- Face coverings must be worn throughout the building. Please bring one with you.

If your plans change and you can no longer visit, please call us on 03000 200 293 or email info@aagm.co.uk to cancel your booking so that the tickets can be available to other visitors.
