1. What information do We gather?
As a visitor to this site you may be asked to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address when you fill out a form.
This information is collected for internal administrative purposes only and will not be passed to any other organisations. Some of the information We collect through forms is marked as mandatory and other information is provided voluntarily, if you fail to provide Us with information that is marked as mandatory We will not be able to process your form. The only mandatory information We ask for is that which is needed to complete the ticket sale, requiring that you provide Us at least with your full name and e-mail address.

2. Payment details
Payment is handled separately, and securely, through Braintree (“Payment Processor”), so those details are never gathered by Us and We never have access to them.

3. How do We process this information, and for what purpose?
At present, We require these personal details for a number of reasons. We need your full name and e-mail address so We may be able to send you tickets electronically, so We can re-issue you tickets and possibly offer refunds if necessary, and We also require this information for Our own record keeping, as well. We may also use these details to send you promotional material about other related services or products, unless you opt out of Our mailing list. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, simply send Us an email request or check the relevant box during the booking process.

4. Who will We share this information with?
We do not share the information we collect with any third party apart from The Little Box Office, who host the site and hold this information for Us. They are also subject to the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act in the same manner We are.

5. How do We protect your information?
We follow the Information Commissioner’s Office’s recommendations for Our own data security. Our Payment Processor use their own security measures to keep your personal banking details safe, including safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. 6. What rights do you have to access, change or remove your information?
Among others, you have the right to a copy of the information We have collected from you. Additionally, you are entitled to have inaccurate personal data rectified or destroyed. In fact, We welcome any amendments you may suggest, as it is also Our obligation to keep any data We collect as accurate as reasonably possible.

We are committed to enabling all our patrons to participate in our events equally and with dignity and respect.

We aim to be accessible to all by providing special facilities to meet the needs of all our customers. If you or any of your party have any specific access needs. it is essential that you let the Box Office know when booking your seats. The Box Office and our Front of House volunteers are available and happy to help whenever possible.

We have a designated area for wheelchair use with space for a carer if needed. seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the designated area If you are able to transfer to a normal seat we can store your wheelchair in a holding bay.

If you have the need of a walking frame or aid or rollator we request that you transfer to a seat and the walking frame aid or rollator will need to be put into the holding bay , for the safety and comfort of all, and not to obscure the view of the other members of the audience.

We also recommend that if you need any help or assistance during the performances that you bring a friend or carer with you.

This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate those that need accessible seating whilst providing a safe environment for all.

Hearing-aid systems
Theatre is equipped with an induction loop system which can be used by those with hearing aids. We do have some hearing sets that can be borrowed if needed. Please book these in advance

Disabled Toilet
There is a fully compliant toilet close to the side entrance which is also near to the wheelchair seating area.

There are 4 designated disabled cap parking bays by the side entrance.
