Belinda Smith - Agatha Christie: Her Life and Greenway House

For the past 14 years, Belinda Smith has been the Operations and Visitor Experience Manager for Agatha Christie’s world famous Greenway House.

Belinda has overseen the welcome of thousands of different visitors to this idyllic Devon location since its opening in 2009.  Guests have included celebrity authors, artists in residence and numerous film and television crews.  David Suchet himself recorded his last ever scenes as Poirot for Dead Man’s Folly here in 2013.  The estate has also undergone major restoration projects and in the gardens, outdoor theatre productions have regularly transported audiences into magical worlds.

Belinda will be sharing stories of the world’s best-selling novelist, the restoration and life at Greenway and Agatha’s visits to North Devon.  This promises to be a fascinating talk and a real treat for Agatha Christie fans.
