Murder Mystery dinner

Tonight on this very evening there is going to be a murder!! Arundel Jailhouse returns with a highly successful murder mystery evening that has become talk of the town. The evening is held in conjunction with 386 Theatre Company and is guaranteed to be a night full of mystery, fun and loads of laughs! A super bottle of bubbly is up for grabs for the table with the most clues at the end of the night. Includes a 3-course buffet dinner. Please note our tables seat up to 10 people. if you are in a larger party please be aware that you may be on seperate tables but they will be as close to each other as is possible. If you book under different names, please let us know if you are part of the same party.  Due to the layout of the Jailhouse there may be a little time needed to queue for the main course cold buffet which is situated in the central cell.

Jailhouse Blues Band

Come down and enjoy one of the best Blues bands in the South East. People are traveling many miles from all over to see our JAILHOUSE BLUES BAND. If you like your Blues you won't be disappointed! Come along for the 'Cavern' type ambiance of the Victorian prison cells, book yourself a vip cell for your group or come for a boogie. Fully licensed bar available.

Jailhouse Jazz

Our popular monthly Jazz club, showcasing a wide variety of different Jazz musicians and styles, from our talented local musicians to well known stars of the Jazz scene.  Join us for a relaxed evening of good music and good vibes on the 4th Thursday of each month.

This month, we are excited to welcome Christian Garrick presenting 'Spirit Of Stephane'.

The fabled French fiddler, Stephane Grappelli, is remembered and celebrated by Britain’s leading exponent of jazz violin. In his incredible 79 years of music-making Grappelli crossed swords with many an unlikely artist from Paul Simon to Yehudi Menuhin to Gary Burton and even Pink Floyd. Christian Garrick’s Spirit Of Stephane highlights these diverse encounters in a wonderful swinging show in the tradition of the Hot Club Of France and Django Reinhardt featuring favourites such as Sweet Georgia Brown, Strike Up the Band and Ain't Misbehavin'  together with beautiful ballads Flamingo, Nuages and The Folks Who Live on the Hill.
