Cross Barn AGM

Duration: 60 minutes maximum
The Trustees of the Cross Barn cordially invite you to join the Barn’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday 19th September at the Barn.
It is an opportunity to hear about all that has been happening at the Barn over the past 12 months and the Trustees’ plans for the future.
It is anticipated that the meeting will be finished within an hour and the following resolutions will be put before members:
1. To receive and adopt the minutes of the 2023 AGM
2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2024
3. To elect Directors
4. To appoint an independent examiner of the Accounts.
Light refreshments (a glass of bubbly, tea and cake) will be served from 2.00 pm. We would appreciate you confirming your intention to attend by ordering a ticket (no cost).
