Grid Ref: SO 180239
Time: 10am to 3pm
Distance: 7 miles
Ascent: 1100ft
Leader: Roger White
Price: £8.50

A lovely and varied walk which gives the feeling of the open expanse of the high hills for a relatively modest ascent.  We shall cross fields in the valley of the Rhiangoll and then climb gently onto the open moorland of Cefn Moel, Mynydd Llangorse and Pen Tir.  We stop for lunch by a Bronze Age cairn before we drop down a quite steep path and a rough track to the car park.
