The idea of ‘wellbeing’” has become near-ubiquitous in daily life. So much so that senior figures worldwide now propose it as a more meaningful economic measure than traditional financial or productivity benchmarks. But do we even know what wellbeing is? Where does it come from? Can it be enhanced, or put at risk? If so, what affects it?  In this relaxed but thought-provoking workshop, you’ll be invited to question preconceived notions of life and the human experience. As a result, you’ll be pointed back towards something about your true nature that you’ve known all along but have simply forgotten.
You’ll have time for your insights to settle overnight, before taking them out into the natural arena of the Grwyne Fawr valley and Mynydd Du Forest the following day.
