Emma Gunn is an expert forager, artist and designer based in Cornwall. Now a tutor on the River Cottage team, Emma has run foraging walks throughout Cornwall in places such as St. Michael’s Mount, Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Philleigh Way Cookery School, the Potager and Enys Gardens. She has given foraging masterclasses at universities and given talks, including a TED talk on surviving an apocalypse by foraging. Emma will explain what she does then lead a small group on a foraging walk around the parish before returning to the Stone Barn kitchen to demonstrate some delicious hedgerow treats.

Wear walking shoes and bring a box or basket in which to place your hoard.
