LYR combines the creative powers of British poet laureate, Simon Armitage, Grammy nominated songwriter and singer Richard Walters, and acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and producer Patrick J Pearson.

In their Blossomise project, the band has produced songs inspired by the spring. These pieces concoct ethereal, pulse-altering, extraordinary sound. On this tour, LYR are collaborating with community choirs. At the North Cornwall Book Festival, we are delighted to announce that the local choir taking its share the floral limelight will be The Poet's Singers.

It may no longer be blossom season, but this will be a beautiful evening.
