From Wednesday 16th to Saturday 19th October, The Knaresborough Players are proud to present Noel Coward’s Blithe Spirit.
Researching for his latest book, Charles Condamine invites eccentric medium Madame Arcati to a traditional dinner party followed by a séance. Amidst the chaos of the evening, the malevolent spirit of his long dead ex-wife is summoned and promptly disturbs the fragile comfort of Charles and his new wife.
Ripe with Coward’s signature pithy wit and memorable characters, this ‘improbable farce’ explores marriage, life, and death.
There are performances at 7pm each evening with a matinee at 2pm on Saturday.
Tickets are £10 (£8 over 60/under16).
Please note seating is unreserved. Please arrive in good time to ensure your party can sit together. All ticket sales are final and no refunds can be offered unless the event is cancelled.
This amateur production of “Blithe Spirit” is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd. on behalf of Samuel French Ltd. www.concordtheatricals.co.uk
