We’ve all been to Christmas parties, right? Well, this is the story of what happens behind the scenes. Three couples, three Christmases, three kitchens.

Take Sidney, a wheeler-dealer social climber, and Jane, his always-cleaning, always nervous wife.
Take Geoffrey, an architect whose buildings have a tendency to fall down, and Eva, his wife who is always looking for
another way to commit suicide regardless of who is watching. Don’t forget George, their out-of-control huge dog.
And take Ronald, a banker, and Marion, his ever-drunk wife.

Now bring them all together: Sidney is throwing a Christmas do at his place so he can smooch up to Geoffrey and Ronald, and he has also invited his brash friend Dick (be glad we never get to meet him and his wife).
