Beano On The Sea - Weekend Tickets

The first Beano On The Sea live music event is hitting Hastings Pier. A spectactular open air venue on the sea, like minded folk and best of all... quality sights and sounds. Come together and enjoy ten bands over three days where it's less 'X Factor' more 'feel good factor'. Taking you back to the 90's: a time when Radio 1 spoke your language, and when the charts mattered - featuring tune after tune, and you could watch decent bands on the TV.

Friday: Embrace, Black Grape & Echobelly. CANCELLED DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS
Saturday: Lightning Seeds, Reef, Space, Hurricane #1, David Devant & His Spirit Wife.
Sunday: The Bluetones, Cast, Dodgy, The Supernaturals, Northern Uproar.

These bands are a roll call of artists who are still going strong and have years of festival experience with top ten hits and massive selling albums to call on. The beauty of this 'boutique' event is they're playing one after another on the same stage where the English Channel is the backdrop and sing-a-longs are the soundtrack. Forget the wellies and traipsing through fields of mud and huge crowds to see your favourite bands. This will be up close and personal in a unique setting, turned into an intimate musical playground.

With the line-up now complete, we are also pleased to announce that in addition to the live acts on the main stage we will be screening in full both The Stone Roses' "Made of Stone" and Oasis' "Supersonic" documentaries. The screenings will take place in front of The Deck bleachers, so you can enjoy the sea air and a cool beverage, whilst watching these rock 'n' roll legends show us how it's done!

There will also be a number of aftershow parties taking place over the weekend across Hastings with exclusive early entry (on a first-come-first-serve basis) for Beano On The Sea weekend wristband holders. Hosted parties by tribute bands Oas-is and Blurd, and indie icons Terry Hall (The Specials), Bez (Happy Mondays), big beat pioneer DJ Cut La Roc and the Magic Mod.

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
