We strongly advise forward booking of this event due to limited availability.  There is no guarantee of walk-up availability.

We allow for two accompanying adults to go through with 1-4 paying children.  We do allow additional paying adults (£2 Charge) to attend in the group providing the total party is a maximum of 6.

 Please arrive for all events 10 minutes prior to booking time.  If you arrive late, we will endeavour to find you an available session.  We do however reserve the right to book you into an alternative day if all sessions for the day are booked.

Babies in arms, under the age of 12 months, do not require a ticket when accompanied by a paying sibling. Babies under 12 months without a paying sibling will require a child ticket. Due to the nature of this year’s gifts, babies will not be allocated a gift.

Due to available space in Santa’s grotto we are limiting all visiting groups to six people including children.
Whilst the attraction is designed to be accessible, we advise those with mobility issues contact the store prior to booking.  We are unable to accommodate mobility scooters.

Space inside Santa’s grotto is standing room only for adults, please consider this when making your booking.
