Annie the Musical

Come and join the Kirby Players to sing, dance and chart the exploits of Annie. Set in the bleak 1930’s Annie is the young orphan girl abandoned in a miserable orphanage run by the tyrannical Miss Hannigan. Her situation is seemingly a hopeless one until she is selected to spend a short time at the residence of Oliver Warbucks a wealthy munitions industrialist. Things change dramatically as she charms the household staff and even the seemingly cold hearted Warbucks cannot help but learn to love Annie. He decides to help her try and locate her long lost parents by offering a reward if they can come to him and prove their identity. However Miss Hannigan, her evil brother Rooster and his female accomplice plan to impersonate the parents to get the reward for themselves which puts Annie in danger, come and join us to save Annie from Rooster. We look forward to entertaining you with this light hearted musical and there will be lots of musical magic along the way!
