This is Essex's finest outdoor terrace venue, giving you nothing but Ibiza terrace vibes all day.

We have a huge undercover terrace that can hold 500 people rain or shine. The venue boats the finest food and drink available in one of the most exclusive settings we have ever put a party on before.

There will be shuttle buses running from Kelvedon station to enable easy access to and from the venue, these will start at 13:45 - 15:45 and run again from 22:00-23:30. Kelvedon staion is a short distance from Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Witham, Braintree, Clacton, Harwich.
