The Johnny Cash Tribute

Kevin Lovatt has played all over the UK to great revues as the Man In Black and has been used in a Hollywood movie soundtrack, a US TV series and on a video game with his version of God’s Gonna Cut You Down.
His live show recreates the authentic sound of Johnny Cash with his backing group the J.C.2.
On lead guitar is Holly Cater, and on double bass Steve Slade- two very talented musicians. The band also features Kathleen Lovatt as June Carter for some of those great Johnny and June duets.
The show covers all of Johnny's career from songs such as Cry Cry Cry, Ring Of Fire, A Boy Named Sue, up to the American recordings like Hurt and When the Man Comes Around. A great night of music in tribute to the legendary Johnny Cash.
