Use of the Northumberland Lights Box Office
Your use of this website is subject to the following conditions and you should not use this website unless you accept these conditions:
1. The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about performances and making online bookings for these performances.
2. By accessing this site you will be assuming all risks associated with the use of this site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the Northumberland Lights box office site or your access to it.
3. You will only use this website for personal private use.
Conditions of Sale
Tickets are non-refundable and no refund can be made if patrons decide not to attend the event. Refunds will only be given if the event is called off by the organisers, in which case every effort will be made to contact patrons. It is unlikely that the event will be cancelled due to bad weather - it is designed to be an outdoor event with contingencies built in on site.
Data Protection
Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with the Northumberland Lights box office your details will be held on our database. From time to time we may send you information about the Northumberland Lights and its programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us by sending an email at unsubscribenl[at]thelittleboxoffice[dot]com. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
The Event
1. All patrons are reminded that this is an outdoor event and the weather may be inclement, it is their responsibility to wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear.
2. All participants also need to bring a fully charged torch or head torch for the walk as some areas will be very dark. We reserve the right to refuse inappropriately clothed patrons access to the walk, if it is felt they are open to greater risk of injury.
3. Patrons must start the trail during the time slot stated on their ticket. The organisers may not be able to allow entry to the trail at times outside the time slot booked. The event will close one hour after the end of the last time slot.
4. Please note that due to the nature of the event not all areas of the walk will be completely accessible to patrons with mobility issues. Patrons are also advised that the underfoot conditions will not always be flat and that there may be uneven surface.
5. Carers must be capable of supporting the disabled person's needs in the events of an emergency or evacuation of the area. Carers should be aged 16 plus.
6. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please pick up after your dog and if there are no specific dog bins please use the general rubbish bins.
7. No access to children under 16 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. (16+)
8. Naked flames including fireworks, BBQ's, and sparklers are strictly prohibited.
9. The organisers reserve the right to prohibit any other items considered to be potential hazard.
