A great class for toning muscles, balance and focus. Learn tricks and moves to develop your own hula hooping style as you spin one, or more, hoop on and around your body, arms and legs. Hula hoop is a fantastic way to increase your fitness while having fun and learning skills you can use outside of practice. Students should wear comfortable clothing which covers most of their skin to avoid injury.
