A one-hour class, on and off aerial equipment, that helps prepare your body for aerial disciplines. A whole body workout like no other that will build your confidence in the air, increase flexibility, develop essential core strength and improve stamina. Students should wear comfortable clothing which covers most of their skin to avoid injury.
