General Use of the OEP Live Box Office

Your use of this website is subject to the following conditions and you should not use this website unless you accept these conditions:
1. The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about performances and making online bookings for these performances.
2. By accessing this site you will be assuming all risks associated with the use of this site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the OEP Live box office site or your access to it.
3. You will only use this website for personal private use.

Please note:

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
The management reserves the right to amend or alter the programme as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
Latecomers may be refused admission.
All attendees will be subject to, and should make themselves aware of, additional venue rules.

Conditions of Sale for All Shows
Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility. Please do check them upon purchase. Tickets are non-refundable nor swappable for another concert in another location or venue. Should a concert need to be rescheduled for any reason, you will not be refunded, only if cancelled. You will be refunded the Face Value of the ticket only. Booking fees are nonrefundable.

We cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions, but we are here to help. Please do make contact by e-mail for any help or assistance by contacing sally@oeplive.com or by phone 01256—416384. We will try and accommodate reasonable requests.

Contact with Artists.
Direct contact with performing artists is prohibited for security and health and safety reasons.  No direct approach to a performing artist should be made by anyone.

If you wish to write a letter to a performing artist, then please hand it to any member of our security or Box Office staff who will pass it on to the appropriate channels. No responsibility can be given.

Children
Children always should be accompanied by a responsible adult when attending a concert. Children should not accompany a performing artist when working on a concert.  Children are not permitted in any backstage or dressing areas. Children will only be admitted with responsible adults to the auditorium when open.

Please note this is an all-weather venue with The Theatre, seating, staging etc all undercover.  It can be adapted to all weather conditions including the structure sides removed to take advantage of good weather.
This is a picturesque location with close to Theatre parking and very short distance disabled parking.  The Sun sets on the bar side outside of the structure.
