General Use of the OEP Live Box Office

Your use of this website is subject to the following conditions and you should not use this website unless you accept these conditions:
1. The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about performances and making online bookings for these performances.
2. By accessing this site you will be assuming all risks associated with the use of this site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the OEP Live box office site or your access to it.
3. You will only use this website for personal private use.

Please note:

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
The management reserves the right to amend or alter the programme as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
Latecomers may be refused admission.
All attendees will be subject to, and should make themselves aware of, additional venue rules.

Conditions of Sale for All Shows
Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility. Tickets are non-refundable (whether purchased tickets are used or not) or transferable.  Should a show need to be rescheduled for any reason, you will not be refunded (your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date).  If a show is cancelled, you will be refunded the Face Value of the ticket only.

Please read the Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase and Important Information and Risk Assessment for your safety at all these events. This is an integral part of ticket purchases and please read all sections and you agree to be bound by them.

Data Protection: We take your data information very seriously. This will not be shared. Your details will only be used in contacting you with relevant details concerning your booking or informing you of other concerts being announced that may be of interest (if agreed). We will only communicate with the primary purchaser and not a third party.

According to the Government roadmap, we will be allowed to operate with all restrictions being lifted. Of course, we cannot be 100% sure that the roadmap won’t be delayed so we wanted to reassure everyone that both the seated Theatre and picnic layouts can be adjusted so that you are sitting in your 'bubble' as per your ticket booking allowing for the current socially distanced guidelines. We monitor these guidelines on a regular basis and will update these conditions as needed on this website section.

In the event of inclement weather or Government Guidance, if postponement of these events is deemed necessary for safety reasons, we will inform you at the first opportunity and you agree to your tickets to be automatically transferred to the postponed date. Refunds will only be made where the event is cancelled and not postponed.

Your safety and that of our staff and artists is always our top priority. Socially distanced queueing (if still necessary) at the Box Office and Bars. PPE for all Box Office and Bar staff (if still necessary). Increased regular cleaning at every touch point, surface and toilets.

No Re-Entry to reduce footfall at the Box Office and to maintain our Covid – Safe event bubble.

Many of you have asked about Rapid Testing or the need for Vaccine Passports. We have received no industry guidance regarding these yet, but we will of course be following any regulations put in place by government for your safety.

What we are doing to make you and our staff feel safe: -.

* Restricting visitor numbers * Providing Perspex screening at all retail and information points * Providing hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue * Patrolling our site to monitor visitor activity * Using one-way systems where necessary to enable social distancing * Carrying out enhanced cleaning throughout your visit.

Washing your hands for 20 seconds after using our facilities and using hand sanitizer when necessary.

Supporting our staff by showing patience whenever queuing is required

Alcohol is strictly controlled under the Licensing Act and should not be brought with you to any concert or event. Where concerts are denoted Picnic Concerts - food and soft drinks may be brought along but not Alcohol. Strictly no Barbecues, Candles or naked flames of any kind or Glasses. Plastic containers only. A Bar will be available on site. High Quality Headphones are available at some events for enhanced listening and enjoyment. A refundable deposit is payable when booking headphones, but this will be refunded within 7 days of you returning the headphones as direct at the end of the event /concert day. Please check again individual concert information for more specific information.

Gazebo sites may be available for certain shows particularly picnic concerts. This is where you can bring along your own Gazebo and set up at the edge of the concert arena.  Please enquire susan@oeplive.com

Disabled facilities are available on all events and both seating and close-by parking are available to disabled customers upon request by e-mailing susan@oeplive.com with your phone contact details and you will be called to arrange specific requirements. Near to the events arena, parking is available and please do use this facility. It is a noticeably short distance from the events arena and please when driving on the site remain in first gear on both entering and exiting the site and be directed by stewards and signage. Parking is NOT allowed in any nearby roads to the site, please do not do so. Fines may be imposed.

Rubbish - Bin liners will be issued as you enter the site to assist you collecting your rubbish at the end of the event/concert - please take your bin liner home with you and dispose.

Camping & Campervans. Very limited overnight sites may be available subject to negotiation and related to each event. Please enquire in the first instance to susan@oeplive.com

Evacuation Procedure – In the event of an emergency, Public announcements will made to advise you to go to the Evacuation point which will be identified on the site.

Under the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.

We collect data on customers whilst taking bookings for events. We take the security of our customer’s data very seriously and we would like to emphasise the following points regarding the use of your data. 

At the time of booking customers are asked if they would mind being contacted by OEP Live! No direct marketing activity is undertaken to those requesting not to receive contact.

We will use customer data stored for mailings advertising events.

We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.

All marketing emails sent to previous customers and subscription lists will contain information on how to remove that email address from our database.
