Kast off Kinks

This great line up features MICK AVORY (the original drummer) who played on all the classic hits from 1964 – 1984. They play all the hits from the 60’s 70’s & 80’s including “YOU REALLY GOT ME” “TIRED OF WAITING””DEAD END STREET” “SUNNY AFTERNOON” “AUTUMN ALMANAC” “LOLA” “APEMAN””COME DANCING” “ALL OF THE DAY &ALL OF THE NIGHT” “DEDICATED FOLLOWER OF FASHION” “DAYS” “WATERLOO SUNSET” etc

 

They originally got together again to play for Kinks Fan Club meetings and Charity events over 18 years ago. The current line-up decided to take the band to the fans across the country.

 

This great line-up features Mick Avory (the original drummer), who played on all the classic hits from 1964-1984. Jim Rodford, bass (1978-1996) and also known for Argent and the current Zombies. Ian Gibbons, keyboards (1979-1996) and is currently still working with Ray Davies. Dave Clarke, vocals & guitar, previously with The Beach Boys and the Noel Redding band.

 

However, when Jim is touring with the Zombies, his predecessor John Dalton (Kinks - 60’s & 70’s) steps in.
