Kidsfest'22 | Get animated! From scribble to screen and everything in between, Jon Doyle

Great opportunity for children aged 11 to 14  to learn all about animation with Jon Doyle in this two hour workshop.
Jon Doyle is a director, designer and producer of 2 BAFTA winning animated series.
Join him as he guides you on an animated journey through the various stages of production – from the first doodles to final broadcast.

Do you doodle? Do you like drawing characters? Do you like stories? Do you have an idea for animation?  Whatever your skills or interests come along for some insight into how to make an animated production. From the comedy of Danger Mouse to the terrifying Daleks, Jon will illustrate the journey with examples and behind-the-scenes artwork from various genres and styles of tv animation.

Above all, it’s about capturing your imagination. So come along, meet some characters and have some fun….and maybe even try some animation for yourself.
