VEHICLE EXHIBITOR
1. YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE OR A SPECIAL INTEREST/CUSTOM VEHICLE – if in doubt, to avoid disappointment, please email info@retrofestival.co.uk with a photo and details of why you think your vehicle should be included.
2. There is a £10 charge for all exhibitors but this includes passes for you and a guest.
3. Any additional guests must purchase tickets in advance.
4. YOUR VEHICLE ENTRY PASS DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPING – Please add Camping to your booking if you wish to camp.
5. Should you wish to exhibit and camp in your caravan on the Showground, your towing vehicle must be of suitable theme/vintage. Newer vehicles will not be permitted to stay on the Showground.
6. Exhibitors are to be on site by 9.00am and not leave before 6.00pm on both Saturday and Sundays. There will be no unauthorised vehicle movement on site between these hours.
★ Transfer to Newbury festival or a refund will be available should the event not take place due to the pandemic. ★
