Retro Forest Festival
GENERAL
Camping is permitted only in the official campsites with a VIP Camping ticket.
Sleeping in vehicles is not permitted in any car park at any event.
We strongly advise that for your own safety you do not camp or park in unofficialcampsites or car parks outside the official event sites.
Strictly no trading is allowed inside the festival site without written permission fromThe Promotor.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs, this ticket is for an event and not a specific artist/band. Please note that the line-up is subject to
change without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control dictate this.
Attendees consent to the photography, filming/sound recording as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional or commercial activities.
The organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions or conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival
site.
The promoters reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of entry for the event in accordance with any new laws, legislation or internal company policies.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only considered if the event is (i) cancelled in full and not rescheduled (if the event is partially cancelled your refund will be a proportionate partial refund) or (ii)
materially altered which is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in our opinion, makes the event materially different to the event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect. The following are not deemed to be ‘material alterations’: changes to the event line-up; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual artists, bands or band members; curtailment of the event where the majority of the event is performed; and delays to starting a performance or the event or (iii) by special exception determined by the event promotor in their sole discretion.
Refunds of any booking fees per ticket or per order fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the point of sale.
Personal arrangements relating to the event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and We shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.
TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
it is prohibited to resell tickets for the event, except where resold using the official resale platform of the official ticket agent you purchased from, in accordance with the relevant ticket agent’s resale terms and conditions.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Only wristbands issued by the event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. The ticket holder is responsible for their tickets until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of
the event.
Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange. No re-admission on tickets. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred or resold. Wristbands must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.
Tickets must be valid, presented in full according to the authorised agents delivery methods and not altered or tampered with.
Tickets for this event have a unique barcode which will be scanned on entry and if found to be duplicated, either in error or for fraudulent gain, only the first instance of
the ticket scanned will be admitted regardless of original ownership. Customers may be prosecuted if found to have deliberately duplicated and resold tickets for fraudulent gain.
If you have obtained this ticket in breach of these T&;Cs and/or if you breach any of these T&Cs then your ticket/wristband shall be void, and all rights conferred on you
or evidenced by such ticket/wristband, shall be void. If you seek to gain entry to the event using a void ticket or wristband then we reserve the right to refuse you entry or
evict you from the event and you may be liable to legal action for trespass. Void tickets/wristbands are non-refundable.
Tickets/Wristbands cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of the promotor.
The promotor will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands. Tickets & wristbands remain the property of the promotor until the event closes
Age
No under 16s are permitted on site
If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age upon
entry to the event
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under
18’s on site.
SECURITY
All persons entering the festival site will be searched as a condition of entry. Strictly no illegal substances or “legal highs” will be permitted into the site, alongside those listed in the banned items sections of the terms and conditions of sale. Possession of illegal substances will lead to your ejection from the festival and possible prosecution.
You may also be searched anywhere onsite at any time by security and detection dogs.
The security and promotor reserves the right to refuse admission, and evict customers without refund to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter or their agents or representative’s that admission of the holder might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival.
DAMAGE/LOSSES
The promotor does not accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at this event - other than caused
as a result of our negligence. Attendance at this Event is at your own risk.
We may prosecute you if you cause damage to the site, the site infrastructure, orcause harm to any other person at the event and/or site.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Without liability to you, we shall be entitled to confiscate any item(s) which may reasonably be considered to be a weapon (or used as a weapon) or which may
cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person. Alongside any illegal substances and drugs.
Other items customers are prohibited from bringing into the event include (these will be set aside at entry point and made available to collect the end of the event) :alcohol of any kind, food &; drink If you need to bring specific food or drink or medication due to a pre-existing medical condition, please bring supporting medical
evidence. **Bottles must be sealed and untampered or empty so that they are not used for bringing in alcohol to the arena such as vodka, gas canisters, aerosols over 250ml, air horns, fireworks, flares, glass, disposable barbeques, camp stoves, ‘legal highs’ – this includes Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons,
unidentified substances, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, blowtorches, sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns, petrol burners, sound systems, spray cans, tabards/high viz
jackets, personal drones, gazebos, tents, tent like covering, large umbrellas or any other large items that can potentially cause an obstructive view for others
(PERMITTED items include – sealed ** water / soft drinks 500ml or less and empty re-usable bottles of any size)
FIRE AND SAFETY
No unauthorised vehicles will be allowed anywhere on site
Fires are not permitted in the arena.
Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including Arena bigtops. This includes e-cigs/vaping.
Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take placeduring some performances.
The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is prohibited on or near the Event without written permission from the promotor.
A Challenge 25 policy will be in place for all alcohol sales on site
In the event of bad weather, the event is likely to proceed. Should in the unlikely event a postponement be necessary for any safety reason to another date, then you agree to accept the rescheduled date and the same original tickets will apply. Every reasonable safeguard is assured.
Please Note No food or drink may be brought onto the site, any bags will be searched by our onsite security on arrival.
Upon arrival you will be asked to park according to directions given by our parking attendants, please note the maximum speed on the site is 5mph.
Please make sure you dispose of your litter in the bins around the site. Bin liners for rubbish will be issued upon arrival free of charge.
Evacuation procedure will be announced prior to the event commencement over the PA system with any other relevant information. Please pay close attention. Staff will be available to assist with problems.
Photography and filming may take place for promotional purposes. Please contact us to let us know if you do not want your image to be used.
Surveillance cameras may be in operation for security purposes.
Prohibited items at the event site. There are certain items which are prohibited on our sites at the events. Any of these items found on our sites will be removed.
We reserve the right to prohibit any other items considered to be a potential hazard.
The following items are prohibited:
Parasols, Gazebos, Tents, Laser Pens, banners, naked flames, BBQs, Glass
any illegal drugs; dogs (except for registered assistance dogs)
any professional photography.
We must be safe and think of others in these times KSD Events & Retro Party Experience will be enforcing strict rules on this matter.
Your attention to this detail is much appreciated by not only the organisers of this event, but also respecting other people attending.
1. Use of the Online Box Office
a. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to tickets sold through Our online box office (“Website”). Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order. You acknowledge that by purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not place an order for any of the tickets through the Website.
b. The information contained in this Website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about performances and making online bookings for these performances and must not be used for any other purpose.
c. By accessing this site you will be assuming all risks associated with the use of this site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via Our Website or your access to it.
d. You will only use this Website for personal private use.
2. Orders and Payment
a. The published price of the ticket (“Price”) includes any applicable taxes and booking or collection fees.
b. You acknowledge and agree that the Price may be subject to change and variation from time to time.
c. You shall pay for the tickets using one of the methods specified on the Website. Your Order shall not be placed until we have received your payment.
d. Your Order constitutes an offer to Us to buy Tickets. All Orders are subject to acceptance by Us, and We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail either attaching your Tickets subject to the Order or that confirms that the Tickets have been dispatched by post, as applicable (“Order Confirmation”). The contract between us will only be formed when We send you the Order Confirmation (“Contract”).
e. It is your responsibility to check the Tickets that are subject to your Order and We are under no obligation to rectify any mistakes once the Contract has been formed in accordance with clause 2e above.
f. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed.
3. Delivery
Tickets will be supplied by email. It is your responsibility to print the tickets prior to the date of the event. You may not be admitted to the event without a printed ticket. We shall not be liable for any failure by you to print the tickets.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
a. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, you will not be able to cancel an Order after it has been accepted by Us, nor are you entitled to a refund for any tickets purchased by you, even if you are unable to attend the event. The cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 (as amended) do not apply to the sale of Tickets.
b. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Us you will be entitled to a refund of the Price, less any postage and/or card charges. Refunds must be claimed within 1 month from the date of the event.
c. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, but you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to check whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled and we have no liability for any failure to notify you.
5. Conditions of admission
a. You shall comply with all policies, procedures and safety announcements in force at the venue at which the event is to be performed, including any security procedures in place from time to time.
b. We reserve the right to refuse you admission to any event.
c. We reserve the right to request patrons to leave the premises.
d. You should retain your ticket as it may be required for re-admission.
e. Animals are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs.
6. Accuracy
We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on the Website is correct at time of being published. We reserve the right to make alterations.
7. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws, as set out in our Privacy Notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. If We fail to comply with these Terms, We shall only be liable to you for the Price of the tickets and, subject to clause 9b, any loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of Our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but We are not responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses you suffer which were not reasonably foreseeable to be incurred by you and could not have been reasonably foreseeable by you or Us on entering these Terms. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of Our breach or if they were contemplated by you and Us at the time We entered into this Contract.
b. We only supply tickets for private use. You agree not to use the tickets for any business or re-sale purposes and, notwithstanding clause 9a, We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, howsoever arising.
c. We do not in any way exclude or limit Our liability for:
i.death or personal injury caused by Our negligence;
ii. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
iii. any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession);
iv. any breach of the terms implied by section 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and sections 3 to 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples);
v. any other matter for which it would be illegal for Us to exclude or attempt to exclude Our liability.
9. Events Outside Our Control
a. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside Our reasonable control, which may include strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport, impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks and the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government (“Force Majeure Event”).
b. Our performance under these Terms is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and We will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which Our obligations under these Terms may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
10. Variation Of The Terms
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time, including but not limited to making changes to reflect current market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods and changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
11. General
a. If any of these Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
b. These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and Us in respect of your use of the Website and your use of the Tickets, and shall supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and Us, whether oral or in writing.
c. You acknowledge that in entering into these Terms, you have not relied on any representations, undertaking or promise given by or implied from anything said or written whether on the Website, the internet or in negotiation between you and Us except as expressly set out in these Terms.
d. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of these Terms.
