Year 7 & 8 welcomes Beaconsfield High, Wycombe High & Piper Corner Schools.

Email Confirmation of tickets required at the entrance.

On sale:  Snacks, soft drinks & accessories (cash only)
Drop off & pick up at Uplyme carpark, Hamilton Road
Yr 7 pick up 9.30pm / Y8 pick up 9.45pm, please text your child on arrival

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

Email Confirmation
An automatic email confirmation will be sent once your ticket has been booked. Please keep this safe as your child will need to present a copy of the email confirmation at the entrance to the Disco. If email confirmation does not come through, please check your junk folder. Photographs
When purchasing a ticket, I agree that, if the student attending the event asks for his photograph to be taken at the photo booth during the Disco, these photographs will be available online at a link provided to all attendees after the event.
I agree that these photographs are for personal use only and are not to be shared on social media.
I agree that students who do not wish for their photographs to be shared on this webpage should refrain from attending the photo booth activity. 

Arrangements
Details of the event arrangements are available on the Disco poster. These details will not be included in your confirmation email. The committee will send out a further email with the arrangements ahead of the Disco. If you do not receive this email by 1 week before the Disco, please check your junk folder or contact the RGSHW PA committee for further support on rgshw-pa@outlook.com
