Royston Pike - Peking to Paris Relived by Sir Gerald Acher

Sir Gerald Acher recounts and illustrates his adventures on this rally covering 10,000 miles in six weeks in a little 1932 Aston Martin 1 1/2 litre sports car winning the ‘Spirit of the Rally’ award.

Carole Boyd, (Lynda Snell, The Archers) and pianist Lynda Chang present a programme of words and music specially designed to complement Jacques’ famous speech from Shakespeare’s, “As You Like it” reflecting the seven phases of man's life, from birth to death. (Part of the Literary Festival Weekend)

An evening with Hannah Gordon - Christmas Cheer

Hannah Gordon and Martin Jenkins return to Riverhouse with their highly popular seasonal anthology of poetry and prose. Their programme features many much-loved favourites, as well as some new material and, for the first time, the additional pleasure of a guest appearance by singer Rosie Evans.
