Full Fathom Five

MA Actor Musicianship and MA Theatre for Young Audiences Present:

Full Fathom Five

A new piece of music-theatre inspired by Shakespeare's The Tempest.

Directed by Michael Corbidge

In an uncertain world, where ideas of home and belonging are tossed around like the discarded plastic littering our oceans, we seek stories that help us connect. This brand-new piece of music-theatre for audiences of all ages, uses Shakespeare’s masterpiece The Tempest, as a springboard to explore what it means to belong, our relationships to power, to family, to one another and to the planet we share.

Performed and created by students from our brand-new MA in Actor-Musicianship and MA Theatre for Young Audiences programmes, in collaboration with undergraduate student designers, lighting designers, scenic artists and stage managers.

Full Fathom Five has been made with the help of young people and refugees living in Greater London.
