Stage Combat Masterclass: Stick Fighting

Looking to expand your physical performance skills? Why not come and take part in our Stage Combat Masterclass with RSC Associate Practitioner, Tom Jordan. In this day-long workshop focusing on the use of stick fighting on stage, learn to play the danger, react to threats and injuries, and draw an audience into a believable piece of violence. The workshop will round off in learning and rehearsing a piece of vicious fight choreography from start to finish. Join us and have fun whilst learning to perform with one of the stage's most brutal fighting styles.

​About the Course Leader

Tom Jordan is a professional fight choreographer and stage combat instructor, who works across the UK. As well as being an RSC Associate Practitioner and Vice Chairman of the Academy of Performance Combat (APC), Tom has choreographed fights for companies such as National Theatre Wales and Theatre Royal Plymouth as well as teaching for several prestigious institutions including Guildford School of Acting, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Eton College and University of Northampton.​
