Studio 3 Arts runs its own poetry and music open mic event every month in Barking - Spoken, Not Stirred x Livewire open-mic!

On Thursday 12 March, Spoken, Not Stirred x Livewire will celebrate Women’s Empowerment Month - look out for details of our special featured act very soon, alongside our regular open mic performers.

Spoken, Not Stirred is the borough's leading poetry night. Lead by Resident local poets John Akinde and Dauda Ladejobi, alongside Celestina Rowaiye of Poetic Impact, SNS has become a renowned poetry event with poets travelling from far afield to perform.
Livewire is Studio 3 Arts' flagship music open-mic event started by Oribi Davies.

Since September 2019, these two live events have been combined in one special night on the second Thursday of each month.
