The Fitzwilliam String Quartet at Glasserton Church 2017

It is wonderful to be welcoming the Fitzwilliam String Quartet back to Wigtownshire in 2017.

The Quartet will be presenting a concert featuring music by Schubert on Friday 7 July at Glasserton Church.

On the morning of Saturday 8 July at The Swallow Theatre there will be an illustrated talk on Beethoven’s Quartet Opus 130.

On the evening of Saturday 8 July Beethoven’s Quartet Opus 130 will be form a part of a Beethoven themed concert at the Isle of Whithorn Church.

All three events are presented by The Swallow Theatre Association.

The proceeds from the concerts will be shared between Save the Children and Glasserton / Isle of Whithorn Church Funds.
