FAHETGDS Murder Mystery

By David McGillivray and Walter Zerlin Jr
Directed by Andy Taylor

Monday 17th - Saturday 22nd July 2017

This hilarious play is one of a series written by David McGillivray and Walter Zerlin based on the antics in and around the Farndale Avenue Housing Estate.  In this script many of the all-too-common incidents that beset many amateur dramatic groups come to fruition and the actors have to deal with a variety of unexpected setbacks as the play unfolds. The attempts by the Townswomen’s Guild Dramatic Society to act out a murder mystery – Murder at Checkmate Manor – is a valiant effort and we should celebrate that they get to the end of the show without major injury! You will be invited to participate in this show rather than just watch – it is all part of the excitement of seeing amateur theatre in the raw with all its fun, foibles and failings!

Doors open 7:15pm, show starts 7:45pm.
