The Gypsy Jazz Quartet ** Rescheduled date**

Join the Gypsy Jazz Quartet as they celebrate the music of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli.

Their music defined an era, Les annees folles, those crazy years of the interwar period and shaped what had previously been the exclusively American genre of Jazz. The Gypsy Jazz Quartet will feature guitarist James Girling and Lichfield based violinist, Darin Qualls together with Bim Williams on guitar and Gavin Barras on double bass

Charlie Barnes presents Troubadour Club - Ralph Pelleymounter **Rescheduled date**

Come one, come all and have your heartstrings pulled at Charlie Barnes' Troubadour Club.

The Lichfield native and Bastille touring musician will be showcasing some of the best songwriting talents from the world of indie, acoustic and alternative music. Featuring opening sets by Charlie himself, along with exclusive collaborations and duets, these special nights of nourishment for the soul are not to be missed.

Ralph Pellymounter - the To Kill A King frontman, purveyor of magic and storyteller, will bring his dark sense of humour wrapped in mirth and mischief, showcasing songs from his new solo project.

Arowana Quartet

We are delighted to welcome back to St Mary’s violinist Dave Shaw with the Arowana Quartet.

The Arowana is a recently formed quartet that brings together four outstanding chamber musicians. They will perform one of Haydn’s masterworks, his String Quartet Op 76 No 2 (Quinten) and Mendelssohn’s moving String Quartet in F minor, written shortly before his own death as a requiem for his sister.

This special concert also will include the world premiere of a new string quartet commissioned by St Mary’s from Lithuanian composer, Kristupas Bubnelis.

‘Less Miserable’ – your favourite shows ripped off, ripped up and reworked beyond recognition!

Cabaret sensation Stage Door Johnny loves musical theatre. So much so, that he’s decided to put a show together featuring songs from some of his favourites. He also enjoys being a complete idiot, so there’ll be a healthy dose of that too.

Simultaneously a love letter and hate mail to Broadway and The West End, featuring standards from the world of musical theatre; parodied, sent up and potentially ruined for good!
