Teachers as Writers

An online workshop with lecturer, education worker, Booker prize nominated author, literary consultant and workshop leader Wyl Menmuir.
Wyl is passionate about giving teachers the tools to be confident creative writers themselves. He believes that you can only instil a love of writing into young people if you have it yourself! And how many teachers just wish they had the time to develop themselves as individuals? Now here is your chance! You will leave this workshop with multiple tools to support your young writers.

This workshop is suitable for both primary and secondary teachers, and parents too! The techniques and exercises are those that professional writers use themselves, and can be differentiated for any ability.

This will be an online workshop run using Zoom. A link will be sent to your email a couple of days before the event.
