Annamaria Murphy, the mistress of the short, short story will explore how you might pack a lot in short form writing. The workshop will be very practical and you’ll be constantly writing and very likely going outside looking for inspiration.

Anna is artistic director of The Writers’ Block and has written for the BBC, The Story Republic, Stuff and Nonsense, Kneehigh & Bagas degol

This is the start of a story gathering project in Liskeard: Stories of Stuff. There will be opportunity for 6 writers to be part of the community project which aims to gather, write and share community stories, meet other writers in South-East Cornwall and make relationships with community  and arts and heritage groups in the area. We encourage workshop participants to apply - but it is not a requirement! 

Please bring a hard back notebook and something to write with.
