Write up Your Street Workshop with Annamaria Murphy

Using the streets, alley- ways and opes of Redruth as inspiration, Write up Your Street will be a practical workshop looking at sense of place and finding the extraordinary in the seemingly ordinary. You will need a hard back notebook and need to wear appropriate footwear etc for walking . The routes taken will be mostly accessible.  You will be writing fast and furious.

Annamaria Murphy the Artistic Director of The Writers’ Block who has written memorably for BBC Radio 4, The Story Republic, Kneehigh, Stuff and Nonsense, Bagas degol and most recently All that Glitters, a collaboration with the dancer Tom Jackson Greaves. 

Please bring your own lunch or there are shops in town.
