Fringe Festival - "Exposing In Equality"
The Fringe Festival 2019 is a week-long production organised by last year (BA) Events Management students. The theatre festival is to showcase the (BA) Acting and Creative Practice students dissertation pieces, with over 42 performances, from 14 theatre companies. The event takes place at The Platform Club, which has disabled accessUnseen Truths presents the performance Exposing In Equality by Jessica Harding
Be transported back through time to the 1900’s, a time when women were nothing more than underpaid housewives and mothers until the unprecedented rise of the suffragettes. Come along and follow local Leicester Suffragette Alice Hawkins turbulent journey to achieving the right for women to vote, as well as the inspirational legacy she has left behind for women of today to carry on. Stand up and make your voice heard with “deeds not words.

Student (student ID required)/ under 16's: £3.50
Acting & Creative Practice students (student ID required): £1.00 (these will be available w/c 22nd April 2019)
