Perfume: An Edible Scent Supperclub

Legendary dinner by a Michelin trained chef inspired by the tradition of perfume.

That Hungry Chef, Pratap Chahal has created a menu inspired by and using traditional perfume ingredients from the gardens at Valentines to create an edible scent. Just like a perfume, the dinner is divided into a top, middle and bottom note with each perfume revealing itself either immediately, in 15 minutes or right at the end of the meal. Each course has a delicate balance of perfume allowing you to taste new and exciting flavours without being overpowering.

Having worked in some of London’s finest restaurants including Gordon Ramsay, Chez Bruce and The Cinnamon Club, That Hungry Chefs dinners are one of the top alternative dining experiences in the city and we are privileged to be hosting one at Valentines Mansion.  Adults only.

Welcome Drink: Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin, Elderflower, Litsea Cubeba
Spiced bread and butter, perfumed stories
Roast shallot, cauliflower & Oud puree, Spiced oat and ale crisp, verbena- pickled raisins
Rump of lamb with English lavender & tobacco, pea & onion pearl barley, cumin spinach, carrot-Patchouli puree
Lemon cake, lemon & Rose Geranium curd, coriander ice cream, raspberry grains
Chocolate tartlet with Frankinense
