Indian Tunic Block Printing Workshop

Block print an Indian tunic called a ‘Kurta’ with artist Sba Shaikh.

The workshop includes a 10 minute presentation on block printing with a short film screening, followed by a practical session. There will be an object handling courtesy of William Morris Gallery as well as looking at batik, Indian textiles and resources from the Anokhi Museum, Jaipur and Calico Museum, Ahmadabad India.
