Undercover Christmas Club

1647. Celebrating Christmas is banned. Carols are criminal. Turkey’s taboo. But we don’t give a figgy pudding.

A riotous musical comedy that takes audiences back to 1647, as a motley troupe of rebellious performers host a secret Christmas party against the backdrop of Puritan bans on theatres and festivities. Full to the brim with live music, tall tales and belly laughs for the perfect Christmas treat!

Well, actress and comedian Joann has had enough. “Just because we look a certain way and speak a certain way, and are of a certain age, people make snap decisions about who we are.” Follow Joann on her journey of discovery, as she sorts through the boxes she has accumulated during her life.

Ventnor Fringe: Friday Fun Day

Join us at Friday Funday in the park with special guest, children’s presenter Andy Day and his brilliant Dino Raps show.
They’ll be loads of other free activities so your mini fringers can get creative, including a street dance workshop, circus skills, music for pre-schoolers, animal cake decorating, fun art activities plus woodland soft play and giant games. And while the kids are entertained there’s a chance for parents to relax too in the beautiful Parkside venue.
