Luther's Gospel: Reimagining the World

In an age of self-promotion, when success and attainment count for all, it is refreshing to consider that our sense of value comes from God, not from our own achievements. In Luther's Gospel: Reimagining the World The Rt Revd Dr Graham Tomlin examines Luther’s beliefs from a modern perspective, comparing their impact in relation to areas common to both the sixteenth and twenty-first centuries.

Dr Tomlin, Bishop of Kensington, discusses the significance of Luther's work today, providing an insight into ways of approaching contemporary issues such as sex, freedom, prayer and evil through the beliefs of a man whose ideas still speak creatively to the modern world.

~  Oven roasted fish of the day with a seafood bisque and roasted medley of carrots, parsnips, baby leeks, beets and sweet red onion with herb roasted new potatoes or,

~ Vegetarian bean chilli rice, with steamed basmati ric, guacamole and sour cream Vegetarian Option

~ Dark Belgian chocolate cup with light chocolate and orange mousse, candied orange peel and a soft-whipped vanilla mascarpone
