Trophy Eyes formed in early 2013 when John Floreani (Vocals) moved to Newcastle, New South Wales for a new start. Not long after he had become friends and started what is now known as Trophy Eyes. After releasing a well praised demo in mid 2013 the band released the in depth and emotion driven account of John’s story and immediately started making waves not only in Australia, but worldwide.
With this came the lead single and video clip for the track ‘Hourglass’ which launched the band right into the forefront of the punk masses. Shortly after, Trophy Eyes released the music video for their second single ‘Bandaid’ and toured the country with pop punk heavyweights Neck Deep (UK) leaving their mark on the nation with their energetic live show.
2014 sees the band writing and recording their debut full length as well as relentlessly touring.
