Privacy Policy of Workington Playgoers Club  (Workington Playgoers Club is hereinafter referred to in these terms and conditions as “the Club”, “Our”, “Us”, and “We”)


1. What information do We gather?
As a visitor to this website, you may be asked to provide us with personal information when completing an online form, e.g:
•    name and job title
•    address
•    telephone numbers and email address
•    demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
•    other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
This information is collected for internal administrative purposes only and will not be passed to any other organisations. 

Some of the information We collect through forms you are requested to complete, is marked as mandatory, and other information is provided voluntarily. If you fail to provide Us with information that is marked as mandatory We will not be able to process your form. The only mandatory information We request, is that which is needed to complete the ticket sale, requiring that you provide Us at least with your full name and e-mail address.


2. Payment details
Payment is handled separately, and securely, through Braintree Payments (“Payment Processor”), so those details are never gathered by Us and We never have access to them.


3. How do We process this information, and for what purpose?
We require your personal details for a number of reasons. For example, We need your full name and e-mail address so that We can:

-    send you tickets electronically; 
-    re-issue you tickets; 
-    offer refunds if appropriate

We also require the information for the following purposes:
-    internal record keeping, including maintaining a mailing list; 
-    to use the information to improve our products and services; 
-    to send periodically promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which We think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided;  
-    to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests
If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, simply send Us an email request or check the relevant box during the booking procedures.


4. Who will We share this information with?
We do not share the information we collect with any third party apart from The Little Box Office, who host Our site and hold this information for Us. They are also subject to the Data Protection Act 1998, in the same manner that We are.


5. How do We protect your information?
We follow the Information Commissioner’s Office’s recommendations for Our own data security. Our Payment Processor use their own security measures to keep your personal banking details safe, including safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. 


6. What rights do you have to access, change or remove your information?
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to the address given below.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the address given below. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

You have the right to access and amend or ask Us to remove your personal information at any time.
