Box Office - Terms and Conditions of Sale and Booking


1. Online Box Office Arrangements
a. These full terms and conditions apply to tickets sold through Our box office online site. 
b. These terms and conditions should be read prior to purchase, as purchase of a ticket means you accept all the terms and conditions.
c. The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about events and making online bookings for these events.
d. You will only use this website for personal private use.


2. Tickets
a. Tickets for sale online are subject to availability.
b. You should check your ticket at the time of purchase and contact Us immediately if there is a mistake.
c. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed.
d. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
f. All online purchases are subject to debit/credit card authorisation and billing address verification which may take place after the initial confirmation has been given.


3. Delivery
a. Tickets (e-tickets) are automatically sent direct to your email address at the time of booking for you to print out. If you have no facilities to print a ticket or choose to book your tickets via the Box Office telephone number, 01730 812123, an Administrator will handle the transaction. 
b. If requested, tickets can be collected after payment at Our local dedicated Information Point. 
c. If collecting your tickets on the night of performance, please bring your email confirmation with you as ‘proof of purchase’, at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the show.


4. Refunds and Cancellations
a. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase
b. If the event is cancelled, or rescheduled by Us for an alternative date that you cannot attend, you will be entitled to a refund. Refunds must be claimed within 1 month from the date of the event. 
c. You are advised to ascertain whether the event you have booked has been cancelled or rescheduled. This information will be on Our website www.madhurst.co.uk.
d. Tickets are sold subject to Our right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond Our control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.


6. Conditions of admission
a. You should retain your ticket as it may be required for re-admission.
b. You must comply with safety announcements and instructions given by the event managers and stewards.
c. Animals may not be permitted within a venue, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please check with the Box Office.
d. Our events take place at various venues within Midhurst, details of which will be printed on all advertising material and your tickets.
e. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
f. We and the Venue Management accept no responsibility for personal property.


7. Accuracy
The information contained within this site is correct at time of being published. We reserve the right to make alterations where necessary and are not liable for any subsequent omissions.


8. Data Protection
Under the Data Protection Act We have a legal duty to protect any information We collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with Us your details will be held on our database. From time, to time we may send you information about Us and our programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell Us by return of email and We will remove you from our mailing list; alternatively, check the relevant box during the booking process. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
