This is a new location for Afterdark Paranormal & our first ever visit to this fantastic location.
History:
Vogrie Houseforms the centrepiece of Vogrie Country Park in Midlothian. It is the former home of the Dewar family and was built in 1876 by Andrew Heiton, the town architect for Perth.
The house is an example of Victorian baronial splendour and is said to be one of the best surviving examples of Heiton's work. The house was a typical country house with a library, servants' quarters and many bedrooms.
Transformed in the 1920s into a nursing home for the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, the house was sold on to local government in the 1950s and had a role during the Cold War as a control centre for communications.

The Event:
Join the Afterdark Paranormal team for what will be a very interesting evening at this fantastic location.
Walk Through:
The walkround will consist of a tour of the location with Afterdark's medium or a guest medium who we will bring with us for this event. The aim is to allow the medium to channel information from spirit and give us any information on any spiritual presences.
Vigils & Experiments:
The event will include various vigils and experiments which everyone will have the opportunity to participate in if they would like too, these will include lone vigils, Glass experiments, human pendulum experiments, EMF experiments, EVP experiments and many more.
Extra:
The evening will include some of Afterdark Paranormal Ltd most daring and unique experiments, bringing ghost hunting to a new level.
