Terms and Conditions
The use of the Bradfield Festival of Music
Box Office website (Site) is subject to terms and conditions (Terms) and you should read these Terms carefully before using the Site.
By accessing or using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them. If you do not agree with or accept any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.
The information contained in the Site has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about performances and making online bookings for these performances.
By accessing the Site you will be assuming all risks associated with the use of the Site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any malware which might be transmitted or activated via the Bradfield Festival of Music box office Site or your access to it.

Using the Site
The Site is for your personal and non-commercial use only.
You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site and keeping your password and other account details confidential.
The Site is intended for use only by those who can access it from within the UK. If you choose to access the Site from locations outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.

We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these Terms, any terms or policies to which they refer or any applicable law.

Conditions of Sale
Tickets will not be issued until full payment is received.
The full cost of tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled. Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility.
Bradfield Festival of Music will endeavour to resell any returned tickets if an event sells out. A refund will be paid, less a 10% handling change, for any ticket resold under these circumstances.

Submitting Information to the Site
While we try to make sure that the Site is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you supply to us and therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be kept confidential.

Hyperlinks and third party sites
The Site may contain hyperlinks or references to third party websites other than the Site. Any such hyperlinks or references are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third party websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. The display of any hyperlink and reference to any third party website does not mean that we endorse that third party's website, products or services. Your use of a third party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third party site.

Delivery
Tickets will be supplied by email or to your smartphone. If delivered by email, it is your responsibility to print the tickets prior to the date of the event. You may not be admitted to the event without a valid printed ticket, or a valid ticket image presented on your smartphone. Bradfield Festival of Music shall not be liable for any failure by you to print the tickets or download the image to your smartphone.

Conditions of admission
You shall comply with all policies, procedures and safety announcements in force at the venue at which the event is to be performed, including any security procedures in place from time to time.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask you to leave an event.
We may require proof of eligibility to use a concession ticket for admission.
You should retain your ticket as it may be required for re-admission.
Animals are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Accuracy
We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on the Bradfield Festival of Music box office Site is correct at time of publication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Bradfield Festival of Music Committee reserves the right to change artistes and/or programmes without prior notice.
While we try to make sure that the Site is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore, we cannot promise that the Site will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on the Site is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate operation of the Site at any time as we see fit.

We process your personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws, as set out in our Privacy Notice. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with the Bradfield Festival of Music box office your details will be held on our database unless you opt out. You may request addition or removal from the mailing list by emailing bradfieldfom@yahoo.com. From time to time we may send you information directly applicable to Bradfield Festival of Music. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.

Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and all intellectual property rights in it including but not limited to any content are owned by us, our licensors or both (as applicable). Intellectual property rights means rights such as: copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world). We and our licensors reserve all of our and their rights in any intellectual property in connection with these Terms. This means, for example, that we and they remain owners of them and free to use them as we and they see fit.

Limitation on our liability
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any: losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these Terms were formed or that were not caused by any breach on our part; business losses; and losses to non-consumers.

Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any breach of these Terms caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, epidemic or pandemic, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes; breakdown of systems or network access; or flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Rights of third parties
No one other than a party to these Terms has any right to enforce any of these Terms.

Disputes
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with us please contact us as soon as possible.
If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms.
