Before purchasing a ticket please read the following terms and conditions.
1 When you purchase a ticket it means that you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
2 The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about the Ditcheat Players, our shows and making bookings.
3 By accessing this site you agree that we will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any software, data or database and we will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage however caused.
5 Tickets offered sale are subject to availability.
6 You are responsible for checking that the details of your ticket(s) are correct at the time of purchase and if there is any mistake you will contact us by email at tickets@ditcheatplayers.org.uk
7 We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed.
8 When you book on line the Ditcheat Players do not add any additional fees or charges. The price of the ticket includes any applicable taxes and booking or collection fees.
9 Tickets are issued by email in the form of a pdf attachment for you to print out. If you do not have facilities to print a ticket, please contact us by email at tickets@ditcheatplayers.org.uk. (For the purpose of admission to a performance we will also accept tickets displayed on the screen of a smart phone or similar device)
10 Once tickets have been paid for a) a refund or exchange is at the sole discretion of the Ditcheat Players (the exception to this is at sub-clause 10c) b) If you cannot attend a performance we do not guarantee to refund or exchange your tickets. c) If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us you will be entitled to a refund limited to the price of the tickets that you purchased. d) Refunds must be claimed within 2 months from the date of the event. e) Any postage and/or card charges are non-refundable.
11 In the event that a performance is cancelled a notification will be displayed on our website. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the performance you have booked has been cancelled or rescheduled.
12 Conditions of admission a) We reserve the right to refuse admission. b) We reserve the right to request patrons to leave the premises. c) You should retain your ticket as it may be required for re-admission. d) You must comply with safety announcements and instructions given by the stewards.
13 Under the Data Protection Act 1998 we have a duty to protect any information we collect from you. Any personal data that you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with us, your details may be retained on by us on a database. From time, to time we may send you information about us and our programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information please check the relevant box during the booking process or email tickets@ditcheatplayers.org.uk instructing us to remove you from our mailing list. We will only pass any of your personal data to third party organisations that have a direct involvement in the ticket booking process however you should be aware that if you use links on our website to access third party sites the use of your personal information is controlled by the privacy policy of those sites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy policies of external websites.
The information contained within this site is correct at time of being published. We reserve the right to make alterations where necessary and are not liable for any subsequent omissions.
