Conditions of Sale
Tickets can be part refunded (50%) when cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the tour starting. Tickets cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the tour cannot be refunded. Should you wish to change the time or date or your tour, please contact us at info[at]ghosttourpraga[dot]com and we will make every effort to accommodate you, subject to availability. Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility.
Data Protection
Under the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with Ghost Tour Praga’s box office your details will be held on our database. Occasionally, we may ask you to review your experience of Ghost Tour Praga. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us by sending an email at unsubscribeghost[at]thelittleboxoffice[dot]com. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
Disclaimer
Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize and accept the dangers, risks and hazards inherent to walking around and/or using public transport within a major city.
Ghost Tour Praga, its owners or employees shall not be liable for any delay or default in the tour caused by conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to, bad weather, public performances or demonstrations, or closure of any local road en-route.
Every participant assumes full responsibility for their own safety and conduct and it is their responsibility to be adequately insured against personal injury, medical expenses arising from accident or injury, property loss, theft or damage to their own or another person’s property.
All participants agree to obey the instructions of the guide and agree to walk on the designated pedestrian pathways and pedestrian crossings at all times. All participants agree to observe local laws and ensure that their behaviour in no way puts at risk the welfare of themselves or that of any other person.
The participant of any Ghost Tour Praga tour waives, releases and discharges any rights or claims which they have or may hereinafter have against Ghost Tour Praga for all or any damages which may be sustained by them, directly or indirectly in connection with their participation of an Ghost Tour Praga tour.
I agree to any photography of myself taken during the tour to be used be Ghost Tour Praga as promotional material.
