Use of the Hard Graft Box Office
Your use of this website is subject to the following conditions and you should not use this website unless you accept these conditions:
1. The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about performances and making online bookings for these performances.
2. By accessing this site you will be assuming all risks associated with the use of this site, including risk of your computer, software or data being damaged by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via the Hard Graft box office site or your access to it.
3. You will only use this website for personal private use.
Conditions of Sale
Once purchased, your ticket is your responsibility.
Ticket Exchange Policy
Tickets cannot be refunded. However, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, on condition that we receive the tickets at least 48 hours before the performance (7 days for group bookings). An exchange fee of £1 per ticket will be charged. Please note that it is not possible to exchange tickets for tickets being offered for resale (see below).
Please telephone 0161 764 4972 or e-mail hardgraft@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. Tickets must be returned to the Box Office, Hard Graft Theatre Company Ltd. 325 Brandlesholme Rd Bury BL8 1EY, before the exchange of tickets can take place.
Returns/Resales: If the production is sold out we can accept tickets for resale. However we do not guarantee that tickets can be sold and HGT reserves the right to sell other seats before re-sales. If successful, we will arrange a refund for the face value of the ticket minus 10% handling charge. It is not possible to exchange other tickets for tickets being offered for resale.
Data Protection
Under the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with the Hard Graft box office your details will be held on our database. Unless you opt-out of receiving further information when purchasing tickets your email address will be added to the Hard Graft Newsletter subscription list, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the ‘Unsubscribe’ links in Newsletter emails you receive. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
