Returns & refunds
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is sold-out and your ticket can be resold by Henley on Food, or if the event is cancelled, in which case you will be refunded the price of your event ticket. Henley on Food reserves the right to alter or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case all efforts will be made to inform ticketholders in advance. Any changes to the festival or the line-up will be posted at henleyonfood.com and at the Welcome Tent during the festival.
Seating policy
Seating is unreserved for all events. The festival site will open at 9.30am on Saturday 30th April and Sunday 1st May, and doors to events will open approximately 15 minutes before they are due to begin.
Data Protection
Under the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with Henley on Food box office your details will be held on our database. From time to time we may send you information about Henley on Food and its programme of events. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us by sending an email at unsubscribehof[at]thelittleboxoffice[dot]com. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
